1. Approve the Offer Document for the proposed reissue of 27,56,900 Forfeited Equity Shares on a proportionate basis to the Existing Equity Shareholders as on the Record Date
2. Fix the Record Date
3. To decide upon the date of opening & Closing of the issue.
