Dr. Mohamed Abdel Rahman El-Sayed

Dr. Mohamed Abdel Rahman El-Sayed holds a Master’s and PhD in Cotton Spinning, from Alexandria University, Egypt. Currently, he is heading the Spinning Department at the Agricultural Research Center in Egypt. He takes care of the management of spinning mills and yarn labs with a staff of 85 members. He plays an active role in establishing new research areas and policies of Egyptian cotton technology programs.

He has published more than 25 papers related to cotton. Dr Rahman has been awarded the Encouragement Nation Award in Advantage Scientific Technology by the Ministry of Scientific Research and Technology. He is a renowned member of The Scientific Society for the Egyptian Cotton Champions. Travel and reading are his favorite hobbies. You can contact him at: negmmohamed@yahoo.com
