China’s textile exports from January to October 2022 grew 6.9 percent year on year (YoY) to $125.7 billion, as per the country’s ministry of industry and information technology. The combined operating revenue of the country’s major textile enterprises increased 1.6 per cent YoY to top 4.28 trillion yuan (about $611.65 billion) during the January-October 2022 period.China’s online retail sales of garment products increased by 5.3 per cent in the January-October 2022 period, compared to the corresponding period of previous year, according to the Chinese media reports.
