At the recently held Munich Fabric Start, the Hightex Award was presented for new, creative and innovative product developments in fabrics and additionals. The top award was won by Italian functional fabric manufacturer, Mectex for an ultra light, water repellent, 3 layer fabric that charges up in daylight and is luminescent in the darkness.
