Leigh Fibers adds Yuhong Li to global trading division

Fibre producer Leigh Fibers has added Yuhong Li, who has over 20 years of experience in export and import, to augment their international trading services.

Li was last employed by Industrial Fiber Sales International, Inc. of Atlanta, managing synthetic raw materials sourcing and purchasing throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

As per a Leigh Fibers press release, in addition, she managed the complete spectrum of plastic scrap and textile waste from sourcing of supplies through to final sales.

“Li is proficient in spoken and written English as well as Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese and she received a B.A in International Business from South China University in Guangzhou,” it added.

Li has over 20 years' experience in importing and exporting along with ten years of experience in product and raw material sourcing and purchasing.

For nearly 100 years, Leigh has manufactured, traded and reprocessed fibres and polymers worldwide.

Since its beginning, Leigh has diverted more than 14 billion pounds of textile waste and byproducts from landfills and is currently active in 25 countries around the world. (AR)
