Apsolut Property, a fully-owned subsidiary of Delta Real Estate, has launched a bid to purchase the remaining 54.79 percent of the shares of Serbian textile company Sloboda.
Construction developer Apsolut Property has offered to buy 69,330 shares of Sloboda at 924 dinars each, at the cost of approximately 64 million dinars or US$ 901,290.
Delta Real Estate is a member of Delta Holding Group, the biggest private Serbian company. Its businesses and projects cover greater part of Balkan region, including Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Albania, Croatia and Bulgaria.
