It is an official member of various international associations and offers certifications such as Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Oeko-Tex Standard 1000, UV Standard 801 and Eco-Passport. As a registered conformity assessment body for PPE (clothing) and recognised as Notified Body 1726 in the context of bilateral treaties with the EU, Testex also issues type approval certificates.
Round Robin Tests in the fields of yarn, colourfastness, fabric properties and function have been organised for many years. Testex has been accredited to date as a proficiency test provider under ISO 17025 and has conducted these round robin tests in conformity with ISO – Guide 43-1.
