Inter-Ministries of Trade and Industry has demanded that export-import managing departments through out the country should stop granting export license of auto – visa to exporters of synthetic fabric (category No. 35) to Turkey, Ministry of Trade stated.
This is regulated in Notification No.0228/BTM-DM of MOT dated June 14, 2006, on base of real exporting situation of the goods to Turkey.
Accordingly, no auto – visa export license will be granted after June 19, 2006.
Nevertheless, enterprises that have exported products before June 19 (according to signed B/L date) yet, not fulfilled exporting procedures, could receive export license till by 23 June.
However, those firms that are scheduled to export the goods after June 19, 2006 shall submit registering document to MOT before June 20 this year for consideration and approval.
