Fire grips a garment factory in Dhaka

For the last 15 years, garment industry has been recounting its biography of blazes, and no concrete action has been ensured by Government.
Another instance of fire in garment unit is registered at Pallabi in Dhaka. Loss of several crore taka has been estimated due to the fire.
However, no casualty has been reported.
There were cotton, fabric, machines and other valuables worth about several crore taka on the floor, informed owner of the factory.
