Deputy Minister of Trade, Le Danh Vinh, declared that textile and apparel enterprises that do not return their unused and ineffective performing export quota before 20 August, will be punished severely.
He explained that these firms will lose 20 percent of their registered security deposit.
This is one of several measures in strengthening management on quota exporting goods in the rest 2006.
