An area of Burnley is set to become vibrant with an adventurous £50m renovation plan. It includes 800-capacity music venue, restaurants, and offices as per plan submitted by the developer Hurstwood Group for renovating the historic Weaver's Triangle.
The site may also have The fashion Tower which tries to celebrate region's textile heritage. The proposed site was the prime centre of Burnley's textile industry. The area was home to weaving sheds, spinning mills, foundries with some still in use as business units.
