Vietnam is bringing in lucrative projects at investment and trade promotion conferences in order to attract Russian investments.
Foreign Investment Department of Investment and Planning Ministry will arrange Vietnam-Russia investment seminars, for this purpose.
Vietnam desires to catch the attention of Russian investment into garment and textile industries other than oil and gas exploration, chemicals, fertilisers, and also for agricultural development of the country to create opportunity.
