Customs to relieve anti-dumping duty on Chinese sports shoe

Government of Taiwan imposed 43.46 percent temporary anti-dumping duty on China-made shoes and boots from March 16 but this does not apply to sports shoes, work shoes and slippers.
The custom officials will identify category of shoes imported from China and then duty will be levied.
This measure will remain in effect for four months. Further investigations will tell future of these shoes.
