The event with the theme ‘Internet-textile-coffee’ invited people from the textile industry, who shared their views on how to use the modern e-trade platform to make today’s business grow.
The meet was held in various sessions. In the first session, representatives from Sha Xian Bao made presentation on the development of modern internet technology. They said while the new development greatly reduces the transaction cost, it also causes a lot of new problems, for example, data authenticity and information filtering.
Speakers said that a clear head and adept skills are needed in order to succeed in internet surfing wave.
They said it is important to analyse and apply the data collected from internet. They mentioned clear requirement, accurate data, dynamic tracking and customer service as key factors of successful matchmaking trading.
It was suggested that traders should anticipate depreciation of the Chinese renminbi, which would affect textile export trend in the second half of 2016.
In the second session, few buyers and suppliers shared their experiences of using Sha Xian Bao platform and how it helped their business through network trading.
Buyers and suppliers got a chance to meet and discuss face to face in the third session. (RKS)
