The first such talks took place in Geneva last month.
The announcement follows his recent long telephonic conversation with Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping to end the tariff war.
"The meeting should go very well," Trump said in a post on his Truth Social platform.
US treasury secretary Scott Bessent, commerce secretary Howard Lutnick and US trade representative Jamieson Greer would meet the Chinese delegation, the President said.
After the May 2025 talks, both sides agreed to temporarily bring down the levels, but then allegations were hurled by both accusing the other side of violating the deal terms.
