Jo-Ann Stores appoints Jeff Csuy as senior vice president

Ohio based leading fabric and craft specialty retailer, Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, has appointed Jeff Csuy as senior vice president, general merchandise manager, fabric and sewing. In this role, Csuy will report to Sharyn Hejcl, executive vice president, chief merchandising officer at Jo-Ann Stores. Csuy joins Jo-Ann Stores from Gander Mountain.

Hejcl is thrilled to welcome Csuy to his leadership team. He said that Csuy brings a depth of experience in merchandising, product development and business leadership and has a proven track record of delivering results. He will lead the fabric and sewing team to drive innovation while putting the customer first in all decisions.”

Csuy has previously served as senior vice president, merchandising and product development at the US’s largest retail firm, Gander Mountain, where he led the apparel, footwear and product development teams. Prior to this, Csuy has also held roles with Shopko Stores, Stage Stores, Carson Pirie Scott and Famous-Barr — a division of May Department Stores.
