Before joining Tory Burch, she served at Ralph Lauren for eight years where she served as the senior vice president of marketing for digital and retail.
Berardelli has more than 20 years of experience building successful businesses in uthe marketing and ecommerce industry, with skills that span customer-based strategies and marketing initiatives.
According to Kidbox, as the CMO of Tory Burch, she engineered, built and led the digital ecommerce business and oversaw global marketing.
