Lime Door Brands, the Australian firm that manages innerwear line 'Spinners by Shane Warne', has opted for voluntary liquidation. The company was also to oversee the launch of the new lingerie and dress line by Dita Von Teese.
The company has, however, attributed the move to a dispute with three investors over growth and international expansion plans.
Lime Door Brands started last year and it currently sells cricketer Shane Warne's innerwear, socks and menswear line across Australia and India in Target, Lowes, Big W, and Best and Lees stores.
Spinners by Shane Warne had plans to be in-store with their first collection for the UK market in early 2012.
A few days earlier, Lime Door Brands had won an award for Shane Warne Spinners from the Australian Marketing Institute.
