Pinellii, the clothing brand that represents affordable luxury and the best of Italian fashion, has entered into an agreement with India-based Berkeley Retails Limited.
As per the deal, the Chandigarh-based Berkeley Retails will manufacture and retail Pinellii apparel and accessories in the Indian market as well as all across Asia.
During current financial year 2012-13, Berkeley plans to invest Rs. 1 billion for opening 75 Pinellii stores.
Initially, the company will unveil seven outlets in north India, including Chandigarh. Eventually, Berkeley plans to expand to all major metro cities in India.
