'K-Lounge' to strengthen retail network thru IPO route

'K-Lounge' plans to establish 116 exclusive retail outlets nationwide, increasing its total retail network strength to 143.

It is promoted by Kewal Kiran Clothing brand apparel for men's segment with brand like, 'Killer' in Denim and 'Easies' in casuals.

New manufacturing facilities, estimated at Rs 72 crore, along with retail network, has been planned by the company, said an official release.

Kewal Kiran plans to enter the capital market with an IPO of 31,00,000 equity shares of Rs ten each, to finance its expansion.

The company has filed its Draft Rate Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for this purpose to constitute 25.15 per cent of the full diluted post-issue paid-up capital of the company.
