Nine new licensees for apparel firm Caribbean Joe

Brand Matter has announced nine new licensees for Caribbean Joe apparel and accessories in a variety of categories. The announcement of the new licensees, which brings the total Caribbean Joe licensees to 20, was made by Rick Platt, President of Brand Matter, owners of Caribbean Joe.

Among the nine new licensees, five are debuting new product at retail in 2012 including: 24 Seven International for luggage; Ahava for sun and skincare; Chaby for beach accessories, umbrellas and ponchos; First American Brands, Inc. for fragrances; and Regence Home for accent rugs.

The four companies bringing new Caribbean Joe product to market in 2013 include; Alok Industries for bedding, bath and beach towels; A Marinelli for footwear; Starlight Accessories for sunglasses; and NYAG – currently a licensee for handbags and small leather goods that has added hats to its offerings.

“We welcome these innovative companies into the Caribbean Joe family,” said Mr. Platt. “Each of them makes a great extension of the Caribbean Joe brand and we can assure our retail partners that consumers will be thrilled with the innovative high quality product offerings they are developing.”
