Marvel & Russell Athletic partner for apparel program

Marvel Entertainment is joining forces with Russell Athletic for a Marvel Super Hero-Russell Athletic Collegiate apparel program. Up to 200 colleges across the country are participating in the program, including prominent schools like UCLA, Michigan State, Baylor, and Ohio State.

The line includes t-shirts and hoodies featuring your favorite Marvel heroes, from Spider-Man to Iron Man, and Hulk to Wolverine, along with each college’s respective school colors, mascots, and logos.

“We are thrilled to be working with a premier sports apparel manufacturer like Russell Athletic on the Marvel-Collegiate apparel program,” said Mike Jerchower, director of licensing for Marvel Entertainment. “Their strong collegiate distribution network allows Marvel’s legendary super heroes to help students and alumni show off their college spirit in a unique way.”

The apparel will be available beginning in August, just in time for the start of school!
