Deckers Brands, a global leader in designing, marketing, and distributing innovative footwear, apparel, and accessories, has appointed David Lafitte as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective February 2, 2015.

He is specialized in corporate and securities law with an emphasis on public and private mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, securities offerings and technology licensing. He has been recognized in the Best Lawyers in the US for corporate law for the past seven years. He received a J.D. from Tulane University and a bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado.
