Vide a circular resolution passed on 12 May 2015, the Board of Directors of the company has appointed Mr. Arun Kumar Thiagarajan as an Additional Independent Director of the Company to hold office for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 11 May, 2015, Pantaloons informed the BSE.
