Today, fire destroyed goods worth millions in Barra Market of Moti Bazaar, Rawalpindi.
About 80 shops dealing in garments, hosiery and shoe were burnt in fire, resulting in huge financial loss.
Fire-tenders were pressed and it took four hours to douse the fire. The reason behind the accident is not yet confirmed.
According to sources, burning stove is the main reason behind the incident. Six families affected were shifted to safer places.
