Existing Chief Financial Officer for Ocean & Earth Australia, Phil Mewett, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer for Ocean & Earth Australia Pty Ltd. With focus on growing the International operation, existing Chief Operating Officer for Ocean & Earth Australia, Paul Munten, has been promoted to the Chief Executive Officer for Ocean & Earth International Pty Ltd.
Ocean & Earth's stronger brand presence in the USA and selected European countries, along with improving Australian market share, are Ocean & Earth's Group foremost priorities. Marketing to gain maximum potential from an already strong existing product range will be the major focus to building the companies even stronger solid reputation as a genuine surf and snow brand on a global scale.
