According to the latest research from the U.S. Geological Survey, if immediate action isn't taken, most of the world's polar bears could disappear by 2050, casualties of global warming and the loss of Arctic sea ice.
PBI's Year of the Polar Bear initiative is a worldwide consortium including many of the world's major zoos, top scientists and conservation organizations.
