Bang Overseas forms JV with shirt manufacturer Aquarelle

Bang Overseas Ltd has informed that the Company has entered into 50:50 Joint Venture Agreement with M/s. Aquarelle International Ltd, a Mauritius based Company, in the name of Aquarelle India Pvt Ltd for carrying on the business of manufacturing shirts and other garments in India for export and sale in the domestic market.
Bang Overseas Ltd is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of men's wear. Headquartered in Mumbai, our fast growing company was established in the year 1992. Since then we have engaged ourselves in apparel, textile and retail market. We have always focused on the men's wear section but however we also deal in providing rare services like concept development, designing, manufacturing to logistic and marketing.
Aquarelle Clothing Ltd, a member of CIEL Textile, has subsidiaries in Madagascar, India and Mauritius.
CIEL Textile has developed into a regional one stop shop in textile, with completely vertically integrated business units and a production reaching 25 million garments annually.
