John Walbrecht, the president of Mountain Hardwear, a marketer of outdoor apparel has stepped down, to pursue other opportunities. Mountain Hardwear is a wholly owned subsidiary of Columbia Sportswear, whose president Bryan Timm will take over, till a new successor is found. Mountain Hardwear distributes its products in the US and 58 countries worldwide.
