Italian Clothing Design Commission (ICDC) and Tianjin Textile & Clothing Commission (TTCC) will jointly establish a training centre on hand-made clothing.
During Jinjia Conference in Tianjin city, this year, both countries agreed that training course would be held twice a year for three months each. The course would incorporate 30 students each time.
Italian commission will supply related teaching materials and send some trainers.
Moreover, design competition of hand-made clothing will be organized every two years in Tianjin city.
Internationally famous tailors Dilianzuo and Luyisha were present at the conference.
