Government of Mexico plans to withdraw its decision of anti-dumping duties on Chinese clothing imports following a request from Liverpool, S.A. de C.V., Sears Roebuck de México, S.A. de C.V. El Palacio de Hierro, S.A. de C.V. and several other companies.

Mexico has imposed anti-dumping duties on Chinese clothing since 1994.

In 2001, these companies had asked Mexican government to launch investigation into the consequences of cancelling anti-dumping duties.
