Government of Peru has also jumped on the US and EU bandwagon and has plans for investigating clothing imports from China.
In last five months, Peru imported Chinese clothing in bulk, which has affected local industry.
Industrial Associations of Peru have requested the Government to give trade protection by anti-dumping duties.
Government expressed concerns for Associations and stated that it would investigate the issue and take decision within 30 days.
