Shanghai city is flourishing with international clothing brands and more local brands are ready to take off overseas flights.
Sources revealed that Shanghai Government has decided to breed five international brands by 2010 including 10 local and 50 domestic brands.
Local authorities said that Shanghai would become the brand breeding and business centre.
