A licensing agreement has been renewed for five more years by the BasicNet group with an Argentinean company for the distribution of Kappa and Robe clothing and footwear from Kappa in the domestic market and in Paraguay.
The renewal beginning from July 1, 2007 was signed on the basis of minimum guaranteed sales in the period for over 19 million dollars.
Expansion plan for the brands on the Argentinean and Paraguayan markets will include investments aimed at sports sponsorships, communication, marketing and sales promotions.
