SM Fazlul Hoque, President of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA), requested politicians to keep readymade garment sector (RMG) away from any programme in election manifesto.
He also said that if Government failed to resolve political deadlocks within Wednesday, they would go for sit-in-programme in front of Bangabhaban from Thursday.
Keeping in mind the losses due to blockade programmes, he told that it is responsibility of Caretaker Government to save the sector.
