Govt to import duty-free garments from Bangladesh

Yesterday, Foreign Ministry revealed its plan to import 2 million pieces of duty-free garments from Bangladesh.
Ministry believes that this agreement will play vital role in development of trade relation between both the countries.
Garment industry of Bangladesh generates more than 75 percent of income from exports.
At present, Bangladesh's garment industry employs about 2 million workers, of which mostly are women.
