Clothing sales down, accessory- home furnishing stores perform better

US Census Bureau declares the business inventories in February 2006 were $1,313.6 billion, virtually unchanged from January but up 3.7 percent from February 2005. Sales were $1,041.2 billion, down 0.6 percent from last month but up 7.8 percent from one year ago.
