The American Apparel & Footwear Association congratulated former Governor Gary Locke on his confirmation by the U.S. Senate to be the next Secretary of Commerce.

"During this time of economic challenge, Mr. Locke can bring the kind of leadership we need at the Department of Commerce to generate new opportunities for growth.”
