UK fashion retailer Arcadia has partnered Swedish online payments company Klarna to offer its online shoppers a 'buy now, pay later' service. Arcadia will offer its various fashion brands to shoppers, Klarna's new online retail financing option, letting customers buy product online and then pay for them over time, without the hassles of lengthy paper work.
Under the partnership, the retailer separates the buying process from the payment process and pre-authorises shoppers in real time when the order is placed.
