Bahamas Development Corporation (BDCI) has closed the acquisition of Native Outfitters, a wholesale performance lifestyle apparel company focused on the athleisure category. Included in the acquisition is the trademark, inventory' equipment, the website, including the ecommerce site and social network profiles like FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram platforms.
BDCI obtained a loan and credit line from a major retail banking lender to fund the acquisition of Native Outfitters.
