US headquartered Bahamas Development Corporation (BDC) has acquired Incite Performance Wear (IPW), the apparel manufacturing arm of Incite Brands LLC through private non dilutive financing. IPW manages an apparel manufacturing unit and also has dye sublimation printing facilities, while manufacturing performance clothing for private labels.
