Indochino, the leader in custom apparel, has introduced a new digital experience, Virtual Style Consultations. Customers can now chat with stylists face-to-face and receive expert guidance of an in-person appointment, without leaving their home. Indochino is a menswear retailer offering made-to-measure suits, shirts, jackets, vests, chinos, and outerwear.

Indochino stylists from across its 50+ North American showrooms are ready to serve individuals looking for style advice and wardrobe upgrades as well as suiting options for events like weddings and graduations. Each appointment is personalised to each customer, with employees combining their personal style expertise with the brand’s website and visual aids like Pinterest to bring their recommendations to life. They can also walk customers wishing to place an order through Indochino’s online custom shopping experience, according to a press release by Indochino.

Scheduling an Indochino Virtual Style Consultation mirrors the process of booking a showroom appointment. Customers visit the website and, instead of selecting their nearest showroom, they choose their time zone, appointment type, and a convenient date and time. They receive a link with instructions and the 30-minute video call begins at the allotted time.

“I come from a family of Italian tailors and understand the level of detail, craftsmanship, and quality that our customers are after. Virtual consultations are an ideal way for me to continue to do what I love best, helping people find the perfect colour, pattern, and style to suit their lifestyle,” JC Martocci, showroom manager at Indochino’s New York flagship on Madison Avenue said.

“We are committed to elevating our customers’ everyday style, wherever they are and however they choose to shop with us. We look forward to seeing our loyal customers in person as soon as it is safe to do so. Until then, we’re going back to our digital roots with an online shopping experience that now includes an incredible team of virtual stylists ready-to-help individuals’ look and feel their best, wherever they are in the world,” Drew Green, president and CEO of Indochino said.
