Innovation, abstract designs key for sock makers' success

As the unorganised sector still accounts for the lion's share of the Indian sock industry, product innovation and abstract designs are going to be critical for success of organised sock manufacturers in the near future as the Indian consumer is evolving, according to Aayush Goenka and Vidushi Kajaria, co-founders of Soxytoes, a sock company started in 2017.

The company has a capacity of a million pairs of socks per annum, they told Fibre2Fashion in an interview.
