Kidswear brand 612 League plans to raise Rs 50-100 crore

612 League, a kidswear brand is planning to raise between Rs 50-100 crore within the next one year to support its expansion and also reach targeted revenue of Rs 300 crore by 2021. The brand is currently being sold through multi brand and exclusive brand outlets. The focus now however will be on opening exclusive brand outlets and open 200 such stores.

"We will need funds to support our expansion plans, for which we are looking to raise between Rs 50-100 crore in the next 6-12 months," Manu Indrayan, founder at 612 League told a news agency.

In 2014, the brand had raised Rs 50 crore from private equity firm ASK Pravi and currently sells its products through 48 exclusive brand outlets and 450 multi brand outlets across India.

While expanding its product portfolio by adding new categories such as ethnicwear, accessories and footwear, 612 League is also seeking to increase contribution from ecommerce sales from current nine per cent to 15 per cent in three years. (AR)
