Womenswear maker Modamax increases stake in Camaieu to 52.8%

French womenswear retailer Camaieu's major shareholder Modamax has increased its stake by 10.4 percent to 52.8 percent and plans to buy the interest it does not already own in the company for €130 per share.
Modamax is acquiring the stake from British investment company Sandell Asset Management.
