Important decisions have been made with regard to the Board of Directors of the International Apparel Federation (IAF). IAF has benefited from strong membership growth, currently counting 65 associate members, 22 corporate members and national apparel associations in 41 countries worldwide.
The IAF is pleased to re-elect the following Board members for an additional period of 2 years:
• Senol Sankaya (Yesim Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.)
• Thomas Nelson (VF Asia Ltd.)
• Tim Wheeler (Jockey International Inc.)
• Habibur Rahman (Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association)
The IAF welcomes Mr. Ijaz Khokhar (Pakistan Readymade Garments Manufacturers & Exporters Association) to the Board of Directors, for a period of 2 years.
The IAF bids farewell to Education Committee Chairperson, Angela Peers (Manchester Metropolitan University). She will be leaving MMU and therefore steps down as member of the IAF Board.
