PEI Licensing Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Perry Ellis International, announced that it has entered into a new license agreement with Vayola, a division of The Kersheh Group, to design, manufacture and distribute sleepwear, robes and loungewear under the Laundry by Shelli Segal brand name.

“Today Laundry by Shelli Segal continues to gain fantastic momentum across both international and domestic markets,” commented Oscar Feldenkreis, President & COO of Perry Ellis International. “We are excited to partner with Vayola and benefit from their vast experience. We feel Vayola possesses the unique ability to interpret the Laundry lifestyle within these product categories.”

Product will launch for the fall 2013 season and be available within current Laundry by Shelli Segal channels of distribution, such as Neiman Marcus, Saks, Nordstrom and Lord & Taylor.

“We are thrilled to partner with such a strong brand as Laundry by Shelli Segal,” commented Sam Kersheh, CEO of The Kersheh Group. “Bringing a sleepwear component to the marketplace is a natural progression for Laundry and The Kersheh Group is proud to be a part of the brand’s continued expansion.”

This partnership comes as the perfect complementary collection to Laundry's recent extension into bedding, further proving a girl can do Laundry in her sleep. Other recent Laundry product extensions include jewelry, fragrance, girl’s dresses, girl’s outerwear and girl’s accessories, all hitting retail for fall.
