Sales up 4% at apparel retailer Aeropostale in Q2 FY'12

Use of Non-GAAP Measures

The Company believes that the disclosure of adjusted net loss and adjusted loss per diluted share, which are non-GAAP financial measures, provides investors with useful information to help them better understand the Company's results.

Aeropostale Inc. is a primarily mall-based, specialty retailer of casual apparel and accessories, principally targeting 14 to 17 year-old young women and men through its Aeropostale stores and 4 to 12 year-old kids through its P.S. from Aeropostale stores.
