ProLogis obtains leases more than 1.5m sq ft in SC

* 180,000 square feet near the I-10/I-15 interchange to Simpson Manufacturing Co. Inc., a manufacturer of construction materials based in Dublin, California.
ProLogis is the largest owner of industrial distribution space in the Inland Empire, with more than 65 facilities totaling nearly 25 million square feet. Other customers in the region include APL Logistics, Big Lots, Black & Decker, Clorox, Exel, Gillette, Ford Motor Co., Skechers, Solo Cup, Unilever, Volkswagen, and Wal-Mart.
