After establishing a flourishing womenswear business in the US, the Manchester-based catalogue and online retailer N Brown is now gearing up to launch its most popular menswear label Jacamo in the country.

Meant specifically for fashion conscious bigger guys, the plus-size brand, which offers trousers’ sizes up to 64 inches, aims to get a big share in American menswear market, worth £8 billion.

The label’s US website, featuring the former English cricketer Andrew Flintoff, who also had designed clothing ranges for the brand, will offer the same larger sized gears.

Providing the widest choices in terms of styles and sizes, the big and tall males’ apparel label is so far the UK retailer’s fastest selling brand, with sales leaping up to nearly 36 percent last year.

Additionally, N Brown sells women’s plus-size fashion clothing, between the sizes of 20 to 22, in the US under their ‘Simply Be’ label.

The retailer’s revenue increased by six percent to £784.7 million last year, while profit jumped by 2.6 percent to £96.4 million.
